Barber and Leddy renovated the Croatian Liberty Hall and the Beachland Tavern opened its doors on March 2, 2000. Barber and Leddy preserved many of the original details of the former hall and kept the large ballroom space. Their creativity led to a venue that includes an intimate tavern with unobstructed views of the ballroom space.
Beachland Tavern offers a maximum capacity of 148 guests providing an intimate performance space for audiences to enjoy acts like The Black Keys, Peelander-Z, Aqueous, Southern Culture on the Skids and more. The ballroom offers room for roughly 500 attendees; performances can leverage both spaces to have a total capacity of 648 people. However, most nights include one show in each area in the Beachland.
