See the award-winning play brought to life before your very eyes with Biloxi Blues tickets. Biloxi Blues is a play written by Neil Simon in the early '80s. It centers around the conflict between private Arnold Epstein and his superior officer in the US Army, Merwin J. Toomey. Biloxi Blues is the second installment in Simon’s critically acclaimed Eugene Trilogy

Biloxi Blues premiered in Los Angeles at the Ahmanson Theatre in 1984. The play then briefly ran at the Curran Theatre in San Francisco before opening on Broadway in 1985. The Broadway production was directed by Gene Saks and starred William Sadler, Barry Miller and Matthew Broderick. Biloxi Blues earned rave reviews from critics, in particular for striking a delicate balance between comedy and thoughtful commentary. The play would go on to win a number of awards including the Tony Awards for Best Performance by a Featured Actor in a Play, Best Direction of a Play and Best Play. In 1988, Biloxi Blues was adapted into a feature film, with Broderick reprising the role of Eugene.
