The album reached critical and commercial success with the songs “Reinventing Your Exit” and “It’s Dangerous Business Walking Out Your Front Door.” The group continued to gain popularity through touring with acts like Taking Back Sunday, Slipknot and The Devil Wears Prada.

Underoath continued to release records like Define the Great Line and Lost in the Sound of Separation until their breakup in early 2013. The band came back together in 2018 to release Erase Me and has now begun to perform live again.
