Tony Harnell began singing at the tender age of five. By age 17, he had already joined his first band. By 18, Harnell began studying under the tutelage of renowned vocalist Don Lawrence. Following a performance in 1984 with Jackals, Harnell caught the eye of record producer Mike Varney. Shortly after that, Harnell joined TNT and wrote music alongside guitarist Ronni Le Tekro for the group’s 22-year run.
