The group’s name is a reference to a song by The Microphones. The group was started by founding members Ben Walsh and Adam Mcllwee, with Brianna Collins joining soon after. The group has cited the bands Fall Out Boy and My Chemical Romance as their influences.

Two singles were released in 2020, including “Warn Me” as part of the Hopeless Records label. “Lemon Mouth” was also released in 2020 and “Hesitation” came out in 2021.
