After college, he moved to New York City to pursue an acting career in theatre. He got his first break as an understudy in the original Broadway cast of Spring Awakening. He later moved to Los Angeles to write and record his own music. In 2016, he released his debut single “Love You With the Lights On”.
In 2017, Morgxn collaborated with singer Janelle Kroll on her 2017 single, “Loose”, and made an appearance in the music video for it. In 2018, he released the single “Home” with the band Walk the Moon. The song was a re-recording of his own song he recorded in 2016. The single climbed the music charts and reached number 19 on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart and number 25 on the Billboard Rock Airplay chart.
