Gov't Mule Concert Tickets

Check out one of the best southern jam bands and buy Gov’t Mule tickets today from TicketSmarter! Formed in 1994 as an Allman Brothers Band side project, Mule combines psychedelic powers with blues-rock for a unique sound. The band focuses on improvisation and jam to create high-quality entertainment with great music.

Allman Brothers members Warren Haynes and Allen Woody shared a love of power trios, like The Jimi Hendrix Experience or Cream. The band mates recruited Matt Abts to join them to play when Allman Brothers were on breaks. Allen Woody sadly passed away in 2000 and since then the band has had a rotating group of Bass players. Mule has released nine-plus studio albums, along with multiple EPs and live albums. One of the band’s favorite venues is Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York, and they even recorded one of their live albums at the venue.
