Tim Scott Jr. is the musical director for Soulful Noel. Scott, a Buffalo N.Y., native, is the founder of Music Everywhere a program dedicated to preserving and enhancing Charlotte’s music scene. He has more than 15 years of experience as a touring artist, manager and event producer.
