Only a 90-minute drive from San Francisco, Wente Vineyards is one of the oldest, family-owned, continuously operated wineries in California. The outdoor amphitheater is home to the annual summer series called Concerts in the Vineyard. Wente Vineyards tickets have been sold for performances by James Taylor, Sheryl Crow, and Diana Ross. Food and wine are catered by the onsite catering department, and chairs are available for each person.

At the foot of the stage is the restaurant front row. There are approximately 40 seats in this section less than ten feet from the stage. Guests should arrive no later than 5:45 p.m., as the ticket price includes a four-course meal with paid parking. Behind this section is the orchestra section. Chairs are provided, but food is not included. The outdoor dining section is the largest section and in the middle of the venue. This section features round tables with chairs as well as a buffet-style dinner. While tables are reserved, the seats are not, so guests can arrive anywhere from 6 to 8 pm.
At the back of the amphitheater is the Terrace level with reserved seats, but no food or beverages.
