BB&T Arena tickets are available on TicketSmarter for all Northern Kentucky University men’s and women’s basketball games along with other major events. Formerly known as The Bank of Kentucky Center and commonly referred to as “The Bank” on campus, the arena is located at 500 Louie B. Nunn Drive, Highland Heights, Kentucky 41099 within driving distance of Newport. Construction on the arena was finished in 2007 and held its first event with NKU’s graduation in 2008, followed up by NCAA college basketball games later that year. The Bank was also briefly the home of the Cincinnati Bearcats basketball teams during the 2017-2018 season while the Fifth Third Arena was being renovated.
In addition to Northern Kentucky Norse basketball games, BB&T Arena tickets have been available for rock, rap, pop, and country music concerts, comedians, and several live productions such as WWE, Cirque du Soleil, and Walking With Dinosaurs. Nationally known comedians and major music artists have performed shows at The Bank. Musicians and bands that The Bank has hosted include Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan and, Jason Aldean.
BB&T Arena holds 9,400 seats for college basketball games and 7,000 to 8,000 for concerts depending on the stage and flooring setup. The arena features a lower 100-level bowl and an upper 200-level bowl providing great sightlines for all basketball games, live productions, and concerts. Concerts may also include a general admission floor or a reserved seating floor spread across six different floor areas.
The NKU Norse men’s and women’s basketball teams play their regular season schedule beginning in late October and early November with Horizon League conference play starting in late December. In addition to the college basketball games you can also buy tickets to many of the concerts at BB&T Arena with acts like The Who and Gary Allan.
Truist Arena ticket prices will differ depending on the event and where your seats are located. On average, $117.80 is the price you’ll pay to watch a live event at Truist Arena. Seats located in the back of the venue are always the cheapest option and can cost as low as $61.00 a ticket. Premium seats with the best views of the event can go for as high as $833.00 a seat.

The Truist Arena doors generally open 45 minutes before the event on October 13th, 2023 at 6:00pm. Visitors will want to arrive at the venue 30 - 60 minutes early to find parking near the venue.
