Prior to the 2017 season, Kessler Stadium saw massive renovations are done that included a new seating capacity of more than 4,200 seats with 800 plus chairbacks.
The first game ever played at the stadium was when the Hawks hosted Sacred Heart University, however, their record-breaking attendance would come on Homecoming Weekend of 1993 when Kessler Stadium was packed with a crowd of about 6,233 people.
