2003 was a big year for Twiztid. Their critically acclaimed album, The Green Brook, peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Top Independent Albums and No. 52 on the Billboard 200 charts. Additionally, the band created the annual Fright Fest, a highly anticipated Halloween event that featured performances from Twiztid and other famous artists.

Twiztid changed directions in 2021 and began to combine the music they had become known for with the rock genre. They released Unlikely Prescription, which peaked on multiple charts, including No. 14 for the Billboard Top Current Album Sales and No. 20 on the Billboard Top Hard Rock Albums charts.
