The Musketeers baseball team was founded in 1926. They have been a part of the Midwestern City Conference from 1981 to 1995, then moved to the Atlantic 10 Conference from 1996 to 2013, and now are situated in the Big East Conference from 2014 to now. During their time in the Atlantic 10 conference, they were conference champions in 2008, along with conference tournament champions in 2009, and went to the NCAA Tournament once.
