Rock out to the pioneers of heavy metal with Vio-lence tickets. Vio-lence is an American thrash metal band formed in 1985, widely recognized as one of the leading lights behind the Bay Area's second wave of rock alongside Pantera and Sepultura.
The group released their first studio album in 1988 called Eternal Nightmare, which peaked at number 154 of the Billboard Hot 200. They have since released two more studio albums, a barrage of EPs and four demo tapes from their early years. As one of the most influential thrash metal bands in Bay Area history, Vio-lence is part of the "Big Six of Bay Area thrash metal," along with great bands like Exodus, Death Angel, Testament, Forbidden and Laaz Rockit.
Blow the bass out the speakers with Vio-lence tickets. In 2019, Vio-lence reunited with their original lineup for a benefit concert for their bandmate Sean Killian, who was battling liver cirrhosis. The group broke up back in 1993, but they reunited again in 2001 and 2003. The heavy-hitting crew consists of Phil Demmel, Perry Strickland, Sean Killian, Bobby Gustafson from Overkill and Christian Olde Wolbers from Fear Factory. This iconic band headlined the 2021 installment of the MTV Headbangers Ball, which toured in Europe. Vio-lence plans on an early release of their EP, Let the World Burn, in 2022.
