In 1993 and 1996, they performed alongside notable artists like Phish, Blues Traveler and The Allman Brothers Band on the H.O.R.D.E. tour. In the mid-1990s, The Samples were invited to perform at the House of Blues and on The Tonight Show.

The band released five studio albums and three live albums in the 2000s while focusing on frequent tours with stops at the Mile High Music Festival and Denver Day of Rock in 2011. In addition, the popular coming-of-age film, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, featured The Sample's song, "Could It Be Another Change," from its debut album.
