The Elements include members Egan, Gottlieb, Bill Evans, Steve Khan and finally, Clifford Carter. The group has recorded under Antilles Records, Novus Records and Wavetone Music. In addition to jazz fusion, the sextet is also associated with the new age and classic jazz styles of music.
The Elements have released an impressive nine full-length albums and EPs including their self-titled debut which dropped in 1982. They are also well-known for the release of their 1984 sophomore, Forward Motion as well as 1985’s Blown Away, 1990’s Spirit River and 1996’s Untold Stories, to name just a few.
