Her third studio album, the critically-acclaimed A Seat At The Table (2016), featuring singles “Don’t Touch My Hair” and the Grammy-winning “Cranes In The Sky,” became her first number-one album. Its follow-up, When I Get Home (2019), was also released to universal acclaim. With musical explorations spanning jazz, hip hop, R&B, new age and the Houston-based chopped and screwed technique, Solange has solidified herself as one of the most influential and adventurous artists in the business.
