Slippery When Wet Concert Tickets

Enjoy a tribute to Bon Jovi with Slippery When Wet tickets. This tribute to Bon Jovi band was formed in 2003 by vocalist, guitarist and Bon Jovi look-alike Jason Morey. He was constantly peppered with the question, “Aren’t you Bon Jovi?” and it was after Dave Chappelle mistakenly identified Morey as the legendary rocker at one of Chappelle’s comedy performances that Jason decided he had to form a tribute band. Other than Jason Morey on vocals and guitar, Slippery When Wet’s members have included Anthony Cappolino on guitar, Jimmi Botsford on bass guitar and drummer John Martin. Before the formation of the band, Morey was a member of the metal tribute group The White Leppard Crue, where he performed some of Bon Jovi’s hits.

Slippery When Wet uses note-for-note live arrangements from Bon Jovi’s live tours in the 2000s. The band began performing at clubs throughout the Southeast which helped them attain the status as the biggest draw of any Bon Jovi tribute band, and it certainly did not hurt when Bon Jovi gave Slippery When Wet their official stamp of approval.
