The album's success brought her immense recognition and raised the demand for Sidney Gish tickets throughout the United States. The album received a 7.7 rating on Pitchfork and, in 2018, won the Album of the Year award at the Boston Music Awards. Additionally, she was nominated for the Unsigned Artist of the Year and Alt/Indie Artist of the Year awards.
2019 was another massive year for Sidney Gish. She was featured on the NPR Music's Austin 100 and performed at South by Southwest. At the Boston Music Awards, Sidney Gish won the Singer-Songwriter of the Year award and was nominated for Alt/Indie Artist of the Year and Song of the Year for "I'm So Sorry." In 2020, Sidney Gish debuted her fourth Bandcamp exclusive, "Little Room."
