Bailey played in a number of small bands while in high school, then after graduation recorded a demo that landed him a deal with the New York City label Godmode Records.
In 2014 the artist released his debut EP Northtown, which earned significant critical praise for its unique blend of ethereal vocals and grunge rock instrumentation. Later that year he released his hit single “On the Regular,” which saw significant use on television commercials and enjoyed viral success on YouTube for its music video.
