The band’s name and lyrics are derived from the Halo franchise, but their subject matter has become darker in recent years. They focus on various evils of this world whether they're myths or real-life events, they hone in on the deeper side of evil by blending different genres of metal that include symphonic, progressive, death, black and metalcore. They released their first album, Primordial, in 2016, and quickly followed that up with Reclaimer in 2017, with the monstrous hit "The Heretic Prevails," which has over five million streams on Spotify.
