In 2012, Bach joined the all-star band Big Noize for their performance at the Kavarna Rock Festival and again for the group's 2013 South American tour. His 2014 release, Give ‘Em Hell, debuted at number 3 on the Billboard Hard Rock Albums chart, and in 2019 Bach went on tour for the 30th anniversary of Skid Row’s debut album.
