Multiple of his albums would go on to be certified platinum, and he has received a slew of Felix Awards and ADISQ Awards.
Seguin is also an accomplished visual artist, having produced several wood engravings that combine indigenous folk art with contemporary poetry. His art has been widely praised for its complexity, authenticity and striking political commentary. In 2016 Seguin received the Lifetime Achievement Award at Montreal’s Francophone SOCAN Awards.
