Red City Radio is a punk rock band hailing from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Started in 2007, the group consists of Garrett Dale as lead vocals and guitar, Ryan Donovan as guitar and background vocals, Derik Envy on the base, and Dallas Tidwell on the drums. Their first EP, Midwestern Hymnal, dropped in 2007 to rave reviews.
The To the Sons and Daughters of Woody Guthrie EP dropped a year later. Red City Radio has also collaborated with The Great St. Louis and The Gamits on two split EPs and toured alongside New Found Glory, Strung Out, Less Than Jake, Anti-Flag, and others. Their next three albums Dangers of Standing Still (2011), Titles (2013) Chronic Dookie EP (2015) and Red City Radio (2015) also garnered commercial success.
Their most recent albums Sky Tigers and Paradise dropped in 2018 and 2020. Music videos from tracks like “Punks in Vegas Sessions” and “I’m Well You’re Poison” were viewed hundreds of thousands of times on YouTube.
