She then began work on her first EP, which would contain her hit single “Cold to the Touch.” Weyman released a string of music videos over the next two years, most notably for her song “Crocodile Tears.”
Weyman often covers and reinterprets existing artists, gaining internet fame for her covers of Candi Staton. She has collaborated with a handful of high-profile musicians including Hannie and enjoys a long-standing touring relationship with The Darcys. Weyman’s successes continued with the release of her EP Flashbacks & Fantasies in 2019. The release would include the first of Weyman’s songs to reach the top 20 on the Canadian music charts and saw her enjoy a noteworthy boost to her fanbase.
