The band split in 1991 and Farrell created the festival Lollapalooza as a farewell. Farrell continued to hold the festival with partners Williams Morris Agency and C3 Presents. Jane’s addiction reunited in 2001 at Coachella and released Stray in 2003, which went gold. Through this time, Farrell had a solo run as an artist. He released his first solo album Song Yet to Be Sung in 2001. Since then, he’s collaborated with his wife Etty Lau. The single “Go All the Way” appeared on the Twilight Soundtrack.
