In 2015 she moved to Los Angeles in pursuit of a comedy career, cutting her teeth on the city’s open mic circuit. In the years that followed, she developed the bitter, spiteful persona for which she would become well-known.
Beginning in 2017, Harrison enjoyed a string of critically acclaimed television roles on programs such as High Maintenance, I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson and A Simple Favor. By 2019 she had been named one of Variety’s Top Ten Comics to Watch. Harrison later made her film debut in Together Together, for which she earned an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead. Today, she hosts the monthly live comedy show Died & Gone to Heaven! in Los Angeles.
