Formed in 2002, the band consists of vocalist Winston McCall, lead guitarist Jeff Ling, rhythm guitarist Luke Kilpatrick, drummer Ben Gordon and bassist Jia O'Connor. Parkway Drive has worked tirelessly to evolve and adapt their sound to best complement each band member’s strengths. This eventually led to their 2005 debut album, “Killing with a Smile,” which was met with great critical acclaim.
It was the band’s second album, Horizons, that debuted at number 6 on the ARIA Albums Chart. Their next release, Deep Blue, was a worthy follow up, debuting at number 2 on the ARIA chart, and at number 39 on the Billboard 200 chart. Parkway Drive has since released a total of six studio albums, with four of the band’s albums having reached the top 10 of the Australian ARIA Charts.
