Oz Noy first performed professionally at the age of 13. He became one of the top studio musicians in Israel by the age of 24 and became a member of the house band of the most-watched television show in Israel for more than two years before moving to New York in 1996. Noy’s debut album, Oz Live, was released in 2003

He studied at the University of Bridgeport before joining the jazz fusion scene in New York in the early 1980s, working with acts such as Paul Simon, George Benson, Robert Plant and Anthony Jackson. Other performers that perform in the trio include Dennis Chambers and Etienne Mbappe.
