He also produced No Good for No One Now in 2002 from there before boosting up the production level with his 2009 album New Leaves. Mixing lifting hopeful melodies with his undertone lyrics Owen is defined by creative lyrics and superb guitar play.
Packing something quite different than his work with Cap’n Jazz or Joan of Arc Owen tickets offer a relaxing trip into Kinsella’s musically diverse world. Songs like “Put Your Hands On Me, My Love” rise up to a plateau to let Kinsella’s soft voice let audiences drift across. First working his ideas into American Football, Owen provided Kinsella a way to produce his more thoughtful approach into its own sound when the band initially broke up in 2000. In 2020 Owen released its tenth album Avalanche.
