The group signed to J Records after the show and released its self-entitled debut album later that year. It reached No. 5 on the Billboard200 album charts, selling over 3 million copies across the world. “Liquid Dreams”, the album’s breakout single peaked No. 10 on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2001, the band dropped “All or Nothing,” which reached No. 3 on the Hot 100 charts and launched O-Town into international notoriety. The band even performed as the opening act for Britney Spears’ “Dream Within a Dream” tour and won Breakout Artists in the Teen Choice Awards. O-Town tickets give you the chance to see them live.
Their second album, O2, featured “All or Nothing” and helped to refine their sound, noted by Contemporary Musicians’ Corrine Naden as “soulful ballads and songs with a rock ‘n’ roll.” The group disbanded in 2003, but started touring with an updated lineup in 2013 and changed the name to O.T.W.N. in 2019 ahead of releasing its fourth studio album.
