NRHA Reining Horse Futurity Show Tickets

Watch one of the fastest-growing equine events with world-class competitors after getting NRHA Reining Horse Futurity tickets. Held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the Futurity is one of the most elite reining events in the world, drawing riders from over twenty countries to compete for its rich $2 million purse. Over seven hundred three-year-old horses do their best to become the next NRHA Futurity Champion.

Reining is a demanding Western discipline stemming from ranch horses that were incredibly light and quick on their feet and responsive to the lightest touch of the reins. They had to make split-second, high-speed moves to do their job around the cattle. In competition, there aren’t any cattle. The horse and rider put on a two-to-three-minute exhibition, showcasing the rider’s total control and the horse’s ability to work in complete harmony with him through challenges like small circles and sliding stops. Judges score them in functional correctness, maneuvers and attitude. The goal is for the ride to look effortless and smooth while executing difficult maneuvers with style. At its best, reining is a beautiful demonstration of willing cooperation between partners in a flowing, intricate dance. NRHA Reining Horse Futurity tickets bring you into the arena to see the best of the best of Western riders and their horses. Strength, training and athleticism are on full display and will captivate you from start to finish. To finish out the day, you can stop by the trade show and pick up some new gear for yourself and gifts for your friends. Drink in the Western culture and excitement at an unforgettable event.
