With true underdog beginnings, the group recorded its 1997 EP It’s All About the Girls in a friend’s apartment and sold out every copy they had on their ensuing East Coast tour. Their next album, Nothing Gold Can Stay, earned the group a record deal with Drive-Thru Records and eventually sold over 300,000 copies.

The record spent 21 weeks on the Billboard Hot 200 chart and catapulted the group into pop-punk stardom. After the release of New Found Glory, the band found themselves headlining Vans’ Warped Tour and going on the road with the all-star band Green Day. New Found Glory’s third album, Sticks and Stones only helped solidify the success of the group and featured popular singles “Head on Collision” and “My Friends Over You.”
New Found Glory has not slowed down over the years. Between 1999 and 2020, the band released ten studio albums and made an indelible mark on the rock music landscape.
