Not only would his teams consistently earn winning records every season, but the Spartans would also advance all the way to the NCAA Tournament semifinals for the first in school history. His efforts would eventually earn him an induction into the AVCA Hall of Fame, helping establish a winning culture in the Spartans women's volleyball program that is still evident today.
