In 2008, she was named number 56 on Rolling Stone’s 100 Greatest Singers of All Time list. In 2011, she won her first Grammy for Best Americana Album for You Are Not Alone (2010) and six years later, she was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame. A Kennedy Center Honoree, collaborations with some of the biggest names in the music industry and sixteen albums to her name, Staples is one of the most highly-celebrated voices in the world.
