The album ended up ranking as No. 288 in “The 500 Greatest Rock & Metal Albums of All Time” by Rock Hard magazine as well. Unlike their debut album, their subsequent one received mixed reviews. Amazon Music customers rated it a 4.5 out of 5 stars whereas critics from Sputnik Music gave the album a 1 out of 5 stars. Massacre tickets are the perfect treat for any die-hard death metal fan.
Since their formation, they have released over four studio albums, two EPs, three demos and two compilations. Massacre attributes a lot of its skill to its members having been former participants of renowned bands like Obituary, Six Feet Under, and Whiplash. A few of Massacre’s most popular songs among fans include “Anemone”, “That Girl Suicide” and “Straight Up and Down.” The black metal band has managed to garner over 45,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and is present on Apple Music as well.
