By the time he entered middle school, he was gifted a professional drumkit and formed a rowdy garage band with fellow classmates and friends. The band, aptly titled Chester-Phil gave Levac a fresh perspective on redefining his own artistic integrity. He birthed new renditions of rock, prog-rock, jazz and pop music.

He is renowned for his popular impersonations of British drummer and arousing singer Phil Collins. In addition to Collins, Levac is inspired by the sounds of Genesis, a passion that began brewing when he was a teenager.

While perfecting his impersonation of the legendary Collins, Levac switched his drums from right-handed to left-handed, a feat that he admits was not easy. Still, the saucy and determined performer was in it for the long haul. While developing strength in his left hand (it is not dominant for writing or playing other instruments), Levac honed his craft at ambidextrous drumming. 

Today, Levac performs a wealth of music, everything from The Beatles’ greatest hits to songs off his debut album Influences. Your heart is sure to melt to the sound of Martin Levac tickets.
