In 2006 Forster joined the band Balboa as a frontman prior to signing a solo deal with the German label Four Music.

Würdig and Forster recorded the single 'Au Revoir' which became a European hit reaching number two in Germany and Austria. In 2015 Forster teamed up with the German DJ Felix Jaehn and formed the musical project Eff.
