In 2019 the duo started putting things together as they released their first two EPs as a simultaneous drop entitled day/pop and night/pop. The next year Magdalena Bay released another EP entitled A Little Rhythm and a Wicked Feeling. It would help to lead to their first full-length album released with its own website, 2021s Mercurial World.
