Soon the pair formed the pop duo She & Him, releasing their debut album Volume One in 2008. Volume One reached within the top forty on the Billboard 200 and earned significant critical acclaim. The following year Ward joined Monsters of Folk, whose debut album was a top twenty hit on the Billboard 200. M.
