In this short history, the Flames have produced a number of NBA-caliber players. Julius Nwosu became the first Flames player to play in the NBA when he was signed by the San Antonio Spurs in 1995. Seth Curry, brother of Golden State Warriors point guard Steph Curry, also played college basketball at Liberty.
