Paquin decided to become a comedian at the age of 19 and enrolled in l’Ecole nationale de l’humor, graduating in 1992. He joined the comedy scene and was immediately noticed for his scathing take on current events, politics and society. He received the le Prix Revelation prize at the Festival juste pour rire festival.
