Hear this rising star in the world of pop and dance music with JVNA tickets. Born Jana Ma, JVNA moved from Taiwan to Arcadia, Calif., when she was six years old. Her mother signed her up for a variety of music classes including jazz, piano, vocal, violin and cello. Ultimately, it was the classical piano that most inspired her. She graduated from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music with a degree in Technology and Applied Composition. She focused on learning to write scores for video games and films and started to gain fans on digital platforms with her remixes from anime and games like “Waterfall” from Kingdom Hearts. She released her first official video in 2018 with “I’m With You,” a song dedicated to her late father.
JVNA’s second single “Catch Me” sparked her sold-out tour across the United States. After this tour, and before dropping her first full-length album, JVNA decided to post a series of live broadcasts of her DJ sets on YouTube. She has more than 20 such episodes, each at least an hour-long of her originals as well as remixes and the occasional guest appearance. Audiences can now experience these events live in person with JVNA tickets.
