He has recorded and performed with Buffalo Springfield, Glen Campbell, Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash and The Everly Brothers to name just a handful of the many legendary musicians and artists. He also famously formed and played guitar for the TCB Band, the core band for the king of rock & roll Elvis Presley in 1969. After previously turning down an offer to play in Presley’s famous 1968 comeback special, Elvis, he accepted a new offer from the King to join his show in Las Vegas. Since 1998, Burton has played guitar in the annual TCB reunion concert “Elvis: The Concert”.
