Schultz has been a member of several esteemed opera studios across the U.S. and was a member of the popular ensemble within the Bavarian State Opera from 2014 to 2018. She has held roles at the Stadttheater Klagenfurt and appeared at the Salzburg Festival in 2015 (she held the role of Sophie in Der Rosenkavalier). She made her debut at the Metropolitan Opera in New York City as Pamina in The Magic Flute.

Additionally, Schultz has held roles as Dido in Purcell: Dido and Aeneas, Contessa Almaviva in Mozart: Le Nozze Di Figaro, Donna Elvira in Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Pamina in Mozart’s Die Zauberflote, Suzanna in Mozart’s Le Nozze Di Figaro, Ines in Verdi’s II Trovatore and Anna in Verdi’s Nabucco.
