In 2019, GA-20 debuted its first album, Lonely Soul. The critically acclaimed album swiftly rose through the charts until it peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Blues Albums charts. In addition, they received a second nomination for a Boston Music Award for Blues Act of the Year.

The band started touring across the United States, including performances at the Doheny Blues Festival in California. Additionally, the band went on tour with Eli "Paperboy" Reed. GA-20 released its second album, Live Vol. 1, in 2020. The album proved to be even more successful than Lonely Soul, peaking at the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Blues Albums chart.
