Full Of Hell first came together in Central Pennsylvania in 2009 with a shared vision of playing a faster and more aggressive style of heavy metal music. After some years spent refining their signature sound, the band earned a deal with A389 Recordings. They released their debut album Roots of Earth Are Consuming My Home in 2011.
Full Of Hell gained their first serious attention, however, through their sophomore release Rudiments of Mutilation. Rudiments of Mutilation earned high praise from critics, in particular for its thought-provoking lyrics and high-speed instrumentation. In the years that followed, Full Of Hell enjoyed celebrated collaborations with the avant-garde bands Merzbow and The Body. Full Of Hell remain regarded as a heavy metal pioneer by critics and rock enthusiasts. Their 2017 album Trumpeting Ecstasy was listed on Exclaim! Magazine’s Top 10 Metal and Hardcore Albums.
