Between the four of them, they play synth, lead guitar, rhythm guitar, bass and incorporate great vocals. They draw fans in with a sense of inclusion as they have a powerful female and male presence in the band.

Their music has reached international audiences through word-of-mouth and grassroots efforts. The band has more than 25 million streams on Spotify and only continues to grow in popularity. Their 2008 EP, Citrona, was received with much enthusiasm by fans and described as having pure emotion and raw talent.

Flipturn’s concerts are consistently sold out to raving, excited fans. Not only does the band play their own concerts but also have played at festivals and provided backup for bands like Saint Motel, Japanese Breakfast and Mt. Joy.
