Kevin decided to branch off into a solo career after he released his first EP entitled Crushed Pennies (2013). Shortly thereafter, he dropped his debut album, Light is Gone (2015).
After self-releasing another few EPs, he eventually signed with a record label Run for Cover and dropped his first album with the label in 2017, which was titled Songs from the Sunroom. Alternative Press ended up featuring one of the tracks, “do a little dope”, on its list of “20 songs you need to hear this week.” Overall, he has released more than four studio albums, eight EPs, and a handful of singles.
