Enjoy regional Banda music with El Coyote tickets. The Mexican Banda singer Jose Angel Ledezma Quintero, known by his stage name El Coyote, was born in Coyotitan, Sinaloa, Mexico on November 1, 1970. He is the lead singer of the band El Coyote y Su Banda Tierra Santa.

Quintero originally wanted to be a baseball player and traveled to Mazatlan, in pursuit of his dream. Once in Mazatlan, he left baseball behind and began to perform there with many of the Sinaloense bands, debuting with the band La Original Banda El Limon de Salvador Lizarraga in 1989. At the age of 19, he became one of the first well-known banda artists.

Quintero’s first solo album, Aqui Me Quedare was released in 1997. In the years since then, he has released over twenty other albums, including 2006’s Prohibido. His top hits include “Sufro,” “Me Dicen El Coyote,” “Amor Pajarito” and “Te Sone.”
